I recently stayed at Amira Luxury Resort & Spa for a week-long vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, including a special surprise for my birthday. The breakfast was outstanding, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The hotel design was modern and elegant, with beautiful sea views throughout. The strawberry daiquiri on the beach was a perfect treat. I appreciated the snack in my room upon arrival. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service, delicious food, and stunning views.
Totally recommend this hotel.

I always stay at this resort. It has it all - WiFi, parking, luggage storage, 24-hr reception, poolside bar, restaurant. I'll be back for Christmas. The staff even found my lost barrette. Perfect!

Had a fabulous stay at this "exclusive" hotel. Loved the spacious and modern room, extensive dining options, and the convenient location near Rethymno. Great view too!
Oh, there was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this place. It was just perfect in every way.

Brand-new hotel in a beautiful area close enough to the restaurant, and Rethymno which is a beautiful old town. Fantastic facilities and satisfactory breakfast with nice view. Perfect and magnificent location for my purposes. Besides, easy to get to Rethimno Kart.
Beds were slightly uncomfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the amazing view from my top floor room, and the wide variety of dishes at the buffets. The hotel is located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy stunning sunsets every day. I also appreciated the helpful and professional staff.
There were some annoyances when the hotel was fully booked, such as not enough tables in the restaurants and guests reserving sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. , the beach was not sandy outside the hotel area and mostly had stones from fine to rocky, making it less enjoyable.

The layout was spacious and modern, giving a fresh atmosphere. The view from the hotel was beautiful and the pool and beach layouts were comfortable and well-designed.
The seafront room balconies lacked privacy as they were too close and open to each other. the absence of a bathroom door between the room and the bathroom area was inconvenient.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay. The exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, spa centre and sun loungers were extensively satisfying. The beach access was easy and the location was close to must-visit shops and supermarkets. We enjoyed the live entertainment as well as the delicious dinner offered at the restaurant. The full body massage and the facial were exceptional and we couldn't help but marvel at the beauty treatment provided.
Our only minor issue was the outdoor pool which was too cold to swim in. However, this was made up for by the indoor swimming pool and the Jacuzzi in our room.

Great amenities and comfortable rooms made for a relaxing city break. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant and bars in the resort had good food and options. Loved the spa and the various pools to unwind and enjoy the day.
The hotel was not equipped for cooler weather, with the outdoor pools being too cold to use, and the supposedly heated indoor pool not being warm enough. The jacuzzi in our room became unusable due to bad weather and the lack of a lid to protect it.

The resort has an impressive location, with breathtaking sea views visible from all areas. At the main restaurant, guests can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, including buffet dinners that change regularly, and three restaurants to choose from. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, equipped with smart TVs and the option to upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi. The breakfast is of high quality and there are plenty of sun beds on the beach. A standout is the well-functioning and comforting sauna area, and the welcoming and professional staff who go above and beyond to accommodate guests.
One downside to note is that the hotel may deal with annoyances from fully-booked periods, such as some guests reserving beds on both the beach and at the pool and a lack of free choice of table in the main restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at this Rethymno area hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the beach, although water shoes are a must due to the rocky bottom. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even gifting us with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The location was convenient with nearby tavernas and easy access to the city via a 15-minute bus ride. If I had known about the tavernas earlier, I would have opted for a half board option. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.
Although the hotel itself was excellent, the surrounding area left much to be desired. Outside the hotel, there was nothing to do, and getting a taxi into the city was a nerve-wracking experience due to erratic driving.

Refreshing lemonade at reception, polite staff, upgraded room, amazing Executive Suite, bottle of wine and fruits.
Was all great.
